Tens of thousands of cases have been identified and it\u2019s spread to dozens of countries. The risk to BC remains low at this time, but we must remain vigilant and prepared should the epidemic continue to grow.<br><br>This is why we\u2019ve recently launched our <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" label=\"Emergency Response Fund (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/interland3.donorperfect.net\/weblink\/WebLink.aspx?name=E920323QE&amp;id=18\" target=\"_blank\">Emergency Response Fund<\/a><\/strong>. This new fund will provide funding that is both flexible and critical in helping experts understand and halt epidemics and address emergencies in real-time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-button aligncenter\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-text-color has-background\" href=\"https:\/\/interland3.donorperfect.net\/weblink\/WebLink.aspx?name=E920323QE&amp;id=18\" style=\"color:#ffffff;background-color:#7abd40\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Donate now<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Donations to the <strong>Emergency Response Fund<\/strong> will go towards understanding and preventing the spread of COVID-19 now, <em>and<\/em> be available for future outbreaks or emergencies.
