Nadine Nickull, our Associate Director of Development, has joined our team to lead donor growth and engagement. Nadine’s vast experience in both non-profit and for-profit environments will allow our team to further build out programs, transform our fundraising portfolio, and carry out our strategic plan. Nadine is committed to the health of people and communities, and is inspired to help the Foundation achieve our vision.

Throughout her life and career, Nadine has embraced ideas and initiatives that drive positive and compassionate change, improve lives, and honour lived experiences. We are thrilled Nadine has joined our team, and are excited about the value she will bring to our fund development team, organization, and the health of people in BC!

Kristi Ferguson, our Associate Director of Marketing and Communications, will lead marketing and communications strategy to support our strategic plan, including knowledge translation, and building relationships and partnerships. With a solid background in fundraising communications and enhancing charitable brands such as Surrey Hospitals Foundation and Maple Ridge Community Foundation, Kristi believes in the importance of building community engagement through connection and storytelling.

Outside of work, Kristi sits on the volunteer executive board of North Langley Baseball, and also lends her talents to the AFP Greater Vancouver Communications Committee and the District of North Vancouver Firefighters Charitable Society. We are pleased to have an excited, experienced, and engaged new teammate like Kristi join us who is eager to help the Foundation achieve our vision!
