    Song Manh Magazine is a non-profit San Jose-based medical and health magazine oriented for the needs of the Vietnamese population. The Pacific Health Foundation collaborates with Song Manh Magazine in its community education and screening events for chronic hepatitis B and other liver-related diseases in San Jose.

Services include health screenings, basic medications, and referrals. Specialty services include screening and referrals for cardiovascular diseases and liver-related diseases like chronic hepatitis B.
